Services connect as Lyre runtimes. A service can also act as a provider when it is authorized to publish capabilities.

Suspend, restore, ban, or permanently remove an account. Restricting an account immediately revokes its active Lyre sessions.
Roles and permissions are managed by The Lyre. Assign one or more roles to a user, or create a custom role for a specific operational responsibility.
Self-registered services can be disabled, re-enabled, or removed. Configuration-managed core services are visible here but protected from removal.
Deprecation preserves contract history and prevents new resolution. Delete is available only when no active provider uses the contract.
